The contents of this workshop are ideal for people who are members of crisis or incident management teams, or who have responsibilities for responding to crisis events within their organisation.
There are no strict pre-requisites for this workshop. However, participants will benefit by attending the Crisis Response Fundamentals workshop.

Your instructor for this workshop has 23 years of crisis management experience in a combination of government, corporate and consulting roles. He has supporting clients during a broad range of crisis events, including major natural disasters, terrorist attacks, coups and armed conflict.
He is the author of The Crisis Response Handbook and has written multiple articles on the topic of crisis management.
This workshop can be conducted remotely by video or in person at your office.
For remote training via video, to provide an optimum learning experience, we limit class sizes to between 8 to 18 people.
The format for the training will be relatively informal. We provide plenty of opportunities for questions and encourage participants to share their knowledge and experience with their peers.

Remote workshops will be conducted using Zoom. Not familiar with Zoom? No problems. We'll provide detailed instructions on how to make the best of the session in advance.
This workshop will be delivered in English, and all course handouts will be in English.

Participants are encouraged to take their own notes during the workshop.
There will be no formal assessment for this workshop.
