Meet your instructor

Your instructor for this workshop has 34 years of security experience in government, corporate security, and security consulting roles. He has supported clients during various traveller emergencies, including major natural disasters, terrorist attacks, coups, and armed conflict. His extensive travels have taken him to diverse countries such as Syria, Somalia, Lebanon, Pakistan, and many other intriguing locations.

He is the author of The Guide to Travelling in Higher-Risk Environments and the Field Guide Series and has written multiple articles on travel security.

Training format

This workshop can be conducted remotely via video or in-person at your office. To ensure an optimal learning experience, remote sessions have a limit of 8 to 18 participants.

Our informal training format encourages questions and fosters knowledge-sharing among peers.
